By enrolling with javone.com service (the "Service"), you become a Subscriber and agree to be bound
by this Agreement (the "Agreement"). This agreement is subject to change by javone.com at any time,
and changes are effective upon notice to each Subscriber.

The subscriber hereby warrants and represents that he or she is over the age of 18 (21 years in some locales),
and in all respects is qualified and competent to enter into this agreement and consents to the viewing of
adult material without being in violation of any local laws

Subscriber certifies to be neither a member nor agent nor representative of any law-enforcement or
postal agency or body, at the local, county, state, federal, international or any other jurisdictional level,
seeking to entrap javone.com, its affiliates, or principals thereof. Moreover, Subscriber warrants that,
if meeting the preceding criteria, Subscriber is not protected by prosecutorial immunity or any other
legal arrangements permitting him to misrepresent the implied or express intentions of his membership.


Subscribers are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain
access to the Service. Access to and use of the Service is through a combination of an username and a password.
Each Subscriber must keep his password STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. For security reasons javone.com will not
release passwords for any reason, except as may be specifically required by law or court order.
Unauthorized access to the Service is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.

Unless and until this agreement is cancelled in accordance with the terms hereof, the Subscriber hereby authorizes
the "Service" to charge subscriber's credit card (or other approved facility) to pay for the ongoing cost of membership.

Payment for the appropriate services will be handled by Verotel. All memberships will automatically renew
at the 1 month rate if not cancelled.

Subscribership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity.
Subscriber must promptly inform javone.com of the following: changes in the expiration date of any credit card used
in connection with this Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security,
such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password.

Subscriber is allowed to download a maximum of 60 GB per month.

Until javone.com is notified, by electronic or conventional mail, the Subscriber will remain liable for any
unauthorized use of the Service.

The subscriber is wholly liable for any false disclosures and responsible for ensuring that access to the Service
complies with the legislation of its place of access to the service. Any action that may arise from viewing,
reading, or downloading of material and images contained within the Service is the responsibility of the subscriber
and the subscriber indemnifies the Provider in all respects from any action which may result from the subscribers
access to the service.

javone.com is not and will not be responsible for interruptions or discontinuances of services; causes intentionally
by javone.com, including periodical system hardware and software upgrades, system reconfiguration,
or by factors beyond its control; including, but not limited to equipment failure, delays, system administration conflicts,
negligence, strikes, or acts of nature or god. Please be aware that the "Internet" or any wide-area communications
network may become inoperable from time to time due to unforeseeable factors that are beyond the control of javone.

By logging on or usage of the website, you release and discharge the providers, owners and creators of this site
and of the materials shown on it from any and all liability which might arise directly or indirectly in case
the hereabove mentioned conditions are not met. You indemnify the said providers, owners and creators against
any and all damages such as but not limited to damages generated by prosecution, claims by third parties,
damages resulting from loss of revenue and/or property, fines, attorney fees, seizures, forfeitures and injunctions.
Bookmarking to a page on this site whereby this page is by-passed shall constitute an implicit acceptance of
the foregoing terms herein set forth.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Subscriber and javone.com regarding the use of the Service,
and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings, and may only be amended upon notice by javone.com
to Subscribers. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this Agreement shall survive its terminations.
